Bob’s Ticket Window Contest From 92.7 Bob FM

BOB’S TICKET WINDOW CONTEST RULES: 1. Contest is ongoing, but each contest segment is active only during posted dates for the contesting phase of each concert or event. 2. To enter: Contestants must go to Bob’s website at www.927bobfm.com and join Bob’s Friends Club by clicking on “Bob’s Friends.” Complete the registration form. Once a Bob’s Friends’ member, folow instructions for accruing "Bob Bucks."  Check the Bob’s Friends area to see what events, tickets, or products are being offered as giveaways. Click through the event or ticket offer, and use appropriate amount of accured Bob Bucks to purchase desired number of raffle tickets. The winning name(s) will be drawn and contacted on the date show on the signup page for that specific prize or event. 3. Transportation to/from the concert or event is the responsibility of the winner and will not be provided by KBQB/92.7FM Bob. Unless otherwise specified, event or concert tickets, or prize product(s), must be picked up in person at the offices of Results Radio at 856 Manzanita Court, Chico 95926, Monday through Friday between 8AM and 5:30PM. Office is closed on legal holidays. Decision of the judges is final. 4. Winner(s) need not listen to 92.7FM Bob win. 5. Contestants must be 18 years old or older. 6. No substitute prize is available and there is no cash equivalent. Transfer of prizes is not allowed. Results Radio reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes must be redeemed within 30 days of winning or concert date, whichever is shortest time or the winner forfeits the prize. 7. KBQB/Bob 92.7 is not responsible for any technology errors or phone or internet failures. 8. No purchase necessary and void where prohibited by law. Failure to comply with contest rules may result in contestant’s disqualification. Employees of Bob 92.7FM, Results Radio LLC, our advertisers, affiliates, other radio stations and their immediate families are not eligible to participate or win. 10. By participating in the contest, contestants and winners agree to allow the use of their name, voice and likeness for promotional purposes. Winners agree to sign a publicity release prior to accepting their prize. 11. Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes and fees associated with winning this prize. Winner may be required to provide a social security number and sign an IRS Form 1099. Non-compliance with this rule may result in disqualification. 12. Winner may be required to sign a liability release prior to acceptance of the prize. LOOK FOR THE PAUL MCCARTNEY CONTEST IN THE RAFFLE AREA AND CLICK ON THE LINK FOR ENTERING THE CONTEST. IF YOU ARE NOT A MEMBER OF THE STATION’S MEMBER’S AREA YOU WILL BE ASKED TO JOIN THAT STATIONS MEMBER GROUP. THERE IS NO COST TO JOIN. NEW MEMBERS WILL RECEIVE “POINTS” TO USE TO ENTER THE “PAUL MCCARTNEY TICKET RAFFLE”.
